JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality childcare and supporting the daily operations of our nursery. As a member of our bank staff, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, filling in for regular staff and ensuring that children receive the best possible care and education.

SKILLS

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and fellow staff members.
  • Proficient in English to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in managing a nursery environment or similar childcare setting.
  • Background in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and families.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children’s learning experiences.
  • Previous experience working with children is essential.
