SUMMARY

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, your role involves implementing early childhood education practices while ensuring effective communication with children, parents, and staff. Your core skills in childcare and nursery experience will be essential in supporting child development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must hold a Level 2 or higher qualification in Early Years
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is an asset
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
