Qualified Secondary English Teachers Needed! I run an education centre in Barnet and I’m in need of qualified secondary English teachers to work for me one evening a week, initially a Thursday although there may be scope to extend hours. Resources are provided, help is given with marking to allow teachers to teach, and the students are lovely. Lessons take place in the centre and are one hour and twenty minutes each. The first one starts at 4pm and the second one at 5.30pm. Candidates need to be able to commit to at least one regular day a week so that they always see the same students, although there is the opportunity to provide occasional cover for other teachers. Students are taught on a one to one basis within a small group of no more than five. I run a very friendly organisation and the work is very rewarding.

1) you do not have experience of teaching English Literature and Language GCSE in a UK school
2) you are not resident in the UK
3) you do not have QTS
