REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in roofing or a related construction field is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Experience with fabrication techniques is an advantage.
• Good physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the day.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and masonry is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications.

• Engage in fabrication work to create custom roofing solutions.
• Conduct carpentry tasks related to roof structure and support.
• Assist with plumbing and masonry work when necessary for roof installations or repairs.
