JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive environment for both staff and children. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with experience in childcare settings. This role requires effective communication and the ability to foster a nurturing atmosphere for early childhood education.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven management and leadership experience in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or early childhood education environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Ability to drive is an advantage for transportation purposes related to outings or events.
