Pumpkin Patch is a family-owned company that operates six nurseries in the South Coast. This year, all of our nurseries in Brighton and Hove have achieved an Outstanding rating from Ofsted, which we are so excited about! We are looking for qualified nursery educators who share our passion for the Reggio Emilia and Scandinavian Forest School approaches.

To contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
To be aware of Pumpkin Patch’s policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered to.
Use their knowledge of the areas of learning and understanding of how children learn to provide rich, varied and imaginative experiences that enthuse, engage and motivate children.
To be responsible for the welfare of all children in your room, organising systems to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Establish strong relationships with families to foster a positive connection between the nursery and home.
Adhere to the organisation’s policies and procedures.
