REQUIREMENTS:

· Valid code 8 driver’s licence.
· Trade Test certificate in spray painting
· At least 5 years working experience post trade test as a spray painter.
· Strong knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching and surface preparation.
· Attention to detail and with the ability to multitask.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven experience working on luxury brands.

• Adhere to company’s health and safety regulations.
• Mix and match colours for accurate colour matching.
• Identify and fix paint defects.
• Perform quality inspections and touch ups.
• Maintain painting equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
• Train new trainees.
