Provide Education are working on behalf of specialist SEN schools in Mansfield who are seeking dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEND), including Autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs. You will play an important role in helping pupils access education, develop life skills, and build confidence in a supportive and inclusive setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist with personal care, communication methods, and sensory needs when required.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour effectively, following school policies and strategies.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff.
