We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant school community this September.
We have opportunities available in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) for roles including day to day, short-term and long-term work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working with children, particularly in educational setting, is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues and families.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or related fields are advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist in the implementation of tailored educational plans and strategies, ensuring each students unique requirements are met.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments that promote student engagement and success.
  • Support students in developing essential literacy, numeracy and social skills through targeted interventions and activities.
  • Adapt learning materials and resources to accommodate students’ varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and reinforce classroom expectations, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
