YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting patients warmly, both in person and on the phone.
• Booking appointments and keeping patient records up to date.
• Supporting dentists during treatments and putting patients at ease.
• Maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment.
• Helping with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Handling payments and general reception duties.
