About this job We’re looking for someone who can be the NA expert for qualitative project execution, able to work with colleagues to optimize the efficiency of our NA qualitative business. Get competitive costs from our suppliers. Procure recruits for studies and moderators separately, based on a detailed understanding of the optimum suppliers for different types of jobs. Give guidance on the project management tasks required, in relation to: Online qual F2F qual F2F qual with products New AI platforms Workshops (including creative venue selection, costing for team travel, etc.) Responsibilities Ensure seamless execution of qualitative research projects while maintaining strong internal collaboration and client engagement through clear communication, strategic alignment, and responsive support throughout the project lifecycle. Work with procurement to optimize our supply base, moving to strong relationships with a smaller number of suppliers in NA. Help our business begin the transition from one where we rely heavily on external vendors to one in which moderation can be completed by our internal team. This will require systems / processes for understanding the time commitment and availability of teams. Ensure our NA qual team is using the right contracts and paperwork both with suppliers as well as to manage our internal financial systems appropriately. Work with the NIQ SA&I Operations team to develop a clear Privacy and Security Protocol (PII, GDPR, etc.) and taking account of our new AI-driven qual platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field 5+ years’ experience of project management operations within a qualitative research business. Deep understanding of qualitative approaches and how to construct costs and project plans effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage tasks and projects with both internal colleagues and clients A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions and contribute to a team-oriented culture Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $69,800 - 85,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
