QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Degree (or currently studying) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, HR, or related field
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Enthusiasm to learn qualitative research methods (preferred, not mandatory)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to develop professionally

• Conduct qualitative research: interviews, focus groups, and document analysis
• Support data processing: transcription, coding, thematic analysis
• Summarise insights into presentations and reports
• Maintain project timelines and records
• Work closely with research consultants to ensure consistency
• Contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving
