• Responsibility for the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality management manual (QMM)
• Systematic review and optimization of all QM documents with regard to topicality, practicality and efficiency
• Standardization of processes, workflows and document templates, as well as reduction of administrative effort.
• Ensuring the audit and certification capability of our quality management system
• Planning, coordination and implementation of changes within quality management
• Analysis of existing processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization potentials
• Development and implementation of lean, practical and sustainable process standards
• Supporting the specialist departments in the introduction and implementation of new quality and process standards
• Development and evaluation of suitable key performance indicators for assessing process quality
• Responsibility for the continuous development of the complaints and returns management system.
• Analysis of complaints and initiation of effective corrective and preventive measures
• Preparation of management reports and quality-relevant evaluations
• Close collaboration with purchasing, sales, logistics, production and suppliers to optimize company-wide processes.
• Supporting day-to-day operations and assuming cross-departmental responsibility within quality management.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional qualifications:

• Completed studies or vocational training with further education in the field of food technology, quality management, agricultural sciences or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management in the food industry
• Experience in the development, maintenance and improvement of quality management systems and QM documentation
• Sound knowledge in the field of HACCP as well as in the creation and implementation of corresponding measures.
• Experience with audits and certification systems, ideally IFS Wholesale , QS and organic.
• Proficient use of MS Office and good German and English skills
