Your tasks:

Development and enhancement of PMO standards as well as project monitoring and reporting structures for different project sizes and management levels
Development and establishment of project management methods, reporting standards, templates, and escalation and governance processes.
Resource and project controlling (person-days, budget, project key performance indicators)
Implementation of new processes and systems in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and moderation skills, as well as a confident demeanor at different hierarchical levels.
Structured, analytical and quality-oriented work style with a high degree of organizational skills
Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, as well as strong service and consulting skills.
Team orientation, assertiveness, and enjoyment in establishing standards and actively supporting change.
