ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re excited to be recruiting for a newly created Quality Administrator position to support our growing Quality Team based at our Central Office in Codsall. If you have a background in administration—ideally in a quality or care setting—and enjoy a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, this could be the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality Team, including inbox management and responding to queries
  • Manage training calendars and allocate online training to care staff
  • Maintain accurate internal training logs and on Social Care TV
  • Attend incident meetings, produce clear and accurate minutes, and issue the agreed follow-up action plans.
  • Assist with internal audits and complete external reports for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)
  • Gather and collate stakeholder feedback to support service improvement
  • Produce bespoke reports for management as required
  • Support with internal working groups
  • Contribute to ongoing digitalisation efforts within the team
