OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations, particularly AS9100 (maybe ISO9001). This position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards within our manufacturing processes. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing quality management systems, conducting quality audits, and supporting project management initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Experience with quality audits, quality control, quality inspection, and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Manage and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Facilitate quality audits and prepare reports on findings for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality management strategies.
• Analyze data related to manufacturing processes, production, and tool room activities to identify areas for improvement and generate KPIs for production areas.
• Support the development and maintenance of quality systems that align with aerospace requirements.
• Assist in project management tasks related to quality initiatives and improvements.
