OUR OPENING AND YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES

In this position, you will be working on site at our outsourced warehouse in Heijen, the Netherlands. You will fulfill a key position with the aim of ensuring our high quality standards towards customers are met between our third-party logistics provider (3PL), the METTLER TOLEDO Production Organizations and our Strategic Business Units. Within the Mini -Finish (value add) area you will solve issues, identify, implement and drive improvements.

What else will you do?

• Ensure that quality issues and defects are identified, documented, tracked and sustainable resolved within the global QN process.
• Develop and ensure implementation of proper corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) in collaboration with the 3PL.
• Support and drive on-site continuous quality improvement campaigns and trainings.
• Process returns within the MT template and support further improving the process
• Develop and establish standards (SOPs, WIs) in a close cooperation between 3PL and METTLER TOLEDO.
• First contact for onsite support of Mini Finish issues.
• Perform Process analysis, drive implementation of identified improvements
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting of Mini-Finish issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to our Mini-Finish devices.
