The Role:
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Quality Administration Assistant to support our Quality Manager with the smooth running of our quality systems. This is a key role for someone with strong admin experience and excellent Microsoft Office skills, ideally with some background in a food handling or production environment.
You’ll help maintain critical documentation, update trackers, support training materials, and ensure everything is properly filed, scanned, and up to date. If you enjoy keeping things in order and take pride in accurate, well-presented work, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Organising and maintaining accurate quality records and documentation
  • Scanning, filing, and archiving batch forms, checklists, and quality paperwork
  • Managing version-controlled internal and external customer documents
  • Updating trackers for complaints, traceability, and quality projects
  • Creating and maintaining visual product standards for staff reference
  • Supporting complaint investigations with data gathering and documentation
  • Assisting in the preparation of quality reports and performance metrics
  • Helping develop training materials and track staff training records
  • Keeping SOPs and controlled documents up to date and compliant
  • Supporting admin tasks to aid operational efficiency and audit readiness
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and HACCP requirements
  • Being a dependable team player, ready to support where needed

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Have solid administrative experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Are confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Are naturally organised with a great eye for detail
  • Can manage multiple trackers and files without missing a beat
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are proactive and comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Have experience in a food handling or production environment (desirable)
