Job Description 💼 Your Role As a Quality Analyst (Back Office), you will work from the office (PC-based role) to monitor and ensure the quality of heat pump installations. Responsibilities

The Quality Analyst will monitor and ensure the quality of heat pump installations remotely using internal systems, checking technician work such as photos and data against safety and technical standards. Responsibilities also include providing feedback, suggesting process improvements, and maintaining quality check records.
