This position will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues related to product quality, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and continuously improving manufacturing processes.   Duties/Responsibilities: * Assists technical staff in developing new test methods * Manages and conducts product development projects with support from senior technical staff * Manages the daily activities of the quality lab. * Cleans, maintains, and calibrates quality lab equipment as needed * Prepares samples for internal testing * Performs testing as needed for production issues * Responsible for adhering to the Quality Management System  Required Skills/Abilities: * Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills along with attention to detail * Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills * Understand and implements good laboratory practices * Understands and adheres to the ISO and Quality Management programs * Understands and implements Good Laboratory Practices Education/Relevant Industry Experience Minimum: * BS (or equivalent) in Chemistry or Biology, or a related degree Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of standing  Benefits: * Competitive base salary * Yearly bonus * Paid vacation * 14 paid holidays * Health, dental, and vision plans  * Company paid life insurance, short term disability, and long term disability * 401(k) with company matching contribution
