Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here: https://www.bayer.com/en/strategy/strategy YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Control of product for market: Assures the product has the correct restrictions (SKU / Bach) by SAP according to the markets were the product will be commercialized. Safety & Quality related issue management: Support to CCQH and CQH in Handle all safety and quality related cases including counterfeits received and ensures they are evaluated according to the corresponding Directives and SOPs. Storage and Transport: Ensures storage by the local warehouse, which meets the Bayer standards according the applicable Directives as well as external regulations. Supervises adequate storage and transportation of marketed products accordingly. Repackaging activities: Assures compliance of repackaging campaigns according to directives, lifts restrictions for commercialization of products for the markets after they have passed local repackaging or relabeling (including arranging or a Certificate of Compliance). Release of products in the RDC Panama at the time of its admission, in order to comply with the GMP requirements of the system of quality Bayer. Establish the procedure to be followed, for information, document deviations during storage and transport, either by missing, surplus, temperature deviations, errors in documentation and establish corrective and preventive, actions in order to avoid recurrences. Other Tasks: Trains the staff regarding the local quality system and ensures training records are being held. Works closely with the Regulatory Affairs functions, Supply Chain and the Local Quality Head in the Region. Reviews deviation reports (for products handled by RDC). WHO YOU ARE Pharmacist or related careers with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with focus on quality and / or production activities. Strong pharmaceutical and regulatory background (GMP, Compliance). Project management experience. Experience in management of CMOs / Suppliers. Leadership skills. Used to work independently. Strong cross functional and intercultural skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Organizational and administrative skills. Very good English skills.
