The Quality Analyst is responsible for promoting, supporting and executing the Quality Assurance program for either the Commercial Tower or Consumer Tower of Chubb Business services through the following key responsibilities: Develop working knowledge of all processes, systems and applications involved in QA review activities for the LOB he/she will support Execute established sampling methodology and perform quality audit Escalate and communicate detailed information about calls/cases monitored to all clients and Quality Assurance Supervisor Be an expert on QA guidelines and policies Lead/participate calibration sessions with Operations, Training, and internal quality members. Engages and communicates to all levels of the business as needed pertaining but not limited to individual and team performance, critical errors, error trends, root causes and possible solutions.
