About the Opportunity: The Content Moderation QA position aims to ensure the consistent and high-quality execution of content moderation policies, providing feedback to enhance accuracy, minimize errors, and contribute to a positive online environment. Responsibility: Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems; Plan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of products; Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues; Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems; Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions; Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action. Desired Expertise: Beginner - Basic knowledge and understanding. Standard - Basic knowledge and understanding, Basic implementation. Intermediate - Good knowledge of the job, basic implementation and basic planning. Advance - Good knowledge of the job, Good implementation and basic planning.
