Description

Respond to production issues resulting from incoming quality issues. Perform Periodiic Job Observations (PJO), to ensure operators are performing job to Operator Instruction Standards (OIS) Coordinate meetings with suppliers, to drive quality concerns to closure Work with suppliers to follow the 8D process Work with Quality, Engineering & Production to solve open quality issues Work with MP&L on Quality Concerns to ensure containment and prevent cycle loss Work with hourly incoming quality coordinators and End of Line (EOL) inspectors Established and active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED 2+ Years of Experience Bachelors Degree 6 Sigma Green belt or Black belt Knowledge of Engine architecture / function Strong Written and verbal communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills. Customer focus Ability to read part prints Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
