About The Team
With both Push and Reflow features, we aim to increase our Daily Active User (DAU) and grow TikTok’s brand perception as a diverse content platform in different regions. While Personalized Push notifications target existing users, Reflow pages aim to attract new users onto our platform. Based on their interests, existing users will be served with high-quality and diverse videos to stimulate their engagement. In turn, when any user shares a video with a non-user, recommended videos will be presented to them along with an invitation to download the TikTok app.
To deliver quality content and ensure a sustainable product growth, it is paramount that the recommended content comply with our Trust & Safety requirements. Push & Reflow Quality Analysts will collaborate closely with our Product, TnS-Ops Success, TnS-QA, and General Ops teams to achieve this goal.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full French and English language proficiency.
• High school degree, and first experience working in a high-paced work environment.
• Highly organized, able to work under minimal supervision, an eye for detail and the aptitude to make ongoing improvements in your everyday work.
• Great time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple requests for information and handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written), ability to deliver sound judgement and clear feedback.
• Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (basic).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Past experience in content quality assurance for short video content.
• Interest, understanding and/or experience with the challenges faced by self-regulating social media platforms, especially in the Trust and Safety area.
• Knowledge of current TikTok trends and popular content on the French market.
• Ability to evaluate large data sets, and draw actionable conclusions in a clear and concise manner.
• Interest in working in a high-paced, quickly changing work environment, resilience when facing challenges, and quick adaptation to changes.
• Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (intermediate).
