We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst to join our dynamic QA team. If you are passionate about ensuring software excellence, have hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, and thrive in collaborative environments, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What We Expect from You * Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality. * Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA. * Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide early feedback. * Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on functional and technical specifications. * Perform regression, performance, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms. * Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support Agile processes. * Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. * Mentor and support junior QA team members. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What You Should Bring * 4–8 years of experience in QA, with strong exposure to manual and automation testing. * Proficiency in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit). * Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured). * Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). * Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. * Solid understanding of SDLC and software testing lifecycle. * Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java or Python (preferred). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (mandatory). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GEDU Global Education is a dynamic and innovative group of education providers.
