David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a renowned tech BPO company to find a Japanese speaking Quality Analyst to join their team in Lisbon. Position: Quality Analyst Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: on-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and evaluate different types of digital content (e.g., text, images, audio, video) in accordance with established guidelines Assess content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and compliance with policies and standards Contribute to quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet organizational and client expectations Provide clear, well-reasoned evaluations and maintain consistency in decision-making Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies, processes, and best practices Join calibration sessions to ensure alignment across evaluation standards Support additional projects or tasks outside core responsibilities as needed Revise, refine, or improve prompts, responses, and related content where required. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Japanese with strong written and oral skills, as well as proficiency in English (at least B2) Bachelor’s degree will be considered as an advantage Proficiency with basic computer operations and ability to maintain an efficient typing speed (25–30 words per minute or higher) Familiarity with productivity tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Workspace or equivalent) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reasoning clearly and logically Understanding of guidelines, policies, and best practices for content evaluation Experience in analyzing and comparing information from multiple sources High attention to detail, with strong analytical skills to assess accuracy, relevance, and alignment with intended purpose Research skills to verify information and identify reliable sources Critical thinking ability to recognize bias, inconsistencies, and limitations in content Commitment to accuracy, quality, and adherence to ethical and legal standards Able to work in shifts.
