QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION - Bachelor’s or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience

• Conducts requirements gathering with non-technical subject matter experts to understand business process needs and program requirements to create use cases, flow charts, acceptance criteria and other documentation needed for system enhancements. Will serve as a technical expert responsible for working with non-technical and technical stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication is maintained throughout the software development life cycle. (20%)
• Performs necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc. Uses current software development methods/techniques and established development standards (which include testing standards) to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications. (40%)
• Maintains applicable testing documentation as directed. Provides input to UAT test cases, user testing, and to analysts and product owners on test results (20%)
• Maintains test artifacts/test deliverables. (10%)
• Performs other job duties as required. (10%)
