Job Description We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to join our Institutional Retirement Client Services team. Offering up to £40,000 depending on experience. You’ll help ensure high standards of quality and consistency by reviewing performance, identifying risk and supporting continuous improvement, all while keeping great customer outcomes at the heart of what you do. What you'll be doing: Carrying out quality assurance assessments in line with the Quality Framework Reviewing performance and process risk to support fair customer outcomes Providing clear feedback and coaching to support improvement Analysing data and trends to identify learning and improvement opportunities Working with teams to test, document and improve processes Maintaining accurate audit trails and quality records Sharing insight with stakeholders to drive better outcomes Who we're looking for: Experience in a quality, assurance or operational control role Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Confident and clear communication skills A customer‑focused and fair approach to decision‑making Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines Experience working in a regulated or risk‑aware environment Knowledge of pensions or financial services is helpful but not essential Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
