Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Quality, this person will be responsible for the collection, aggregation, analysis, and presentation of data, methods and findings related to quality and clinical outcomes. This person will utilize and maintain relational databases in order to accomplish these tasks. In addition, this person will have the opportunity to collaborate with nursing leadership and staff to foster a culture of high reliability and patient safety

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred in Business or Healthcare-related field). Associates Degree will be considered with applicable work experience.
  • Proficient with building and utilizing Excel databases for analysis, reports and presentations.
  • Experience in research and analytic statistical methods.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize the following: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Epic and Performance Manager/NetLearning.
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to work in an outcomes and deadline oriented environment.
  • Must be able to cope effectively with interuptions
  • Must be able to simultaneously work independently and in a team environment
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
  • Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Meditech (if applicable to position)
  • Epic (if applicable to position)
  • Performance Manager/NetLearning
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
  • Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Min: USD $25.30/Hr. Max: USD $41.75/Hr. Benefits:
