We are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) - Home and Community-Based Services to join our team! Responsibilities Role Purpose: The Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of administrative and case management functions at Source of Hope. This role conducts independent reviews of the work performed by the Admin team and Case Managers, identifies gaps, flags compliance risks, and recommends corrective actions to leadership. The QA may not perform daily operational tasks, but ensures that those tasks meet organizational, regulatory, and quality standards. The Quality Analyst (QA) will be in charge of and not limited to: Member Enrollment & Records Home Visits & PCSP Meetings Communication & Care Coordination Compliance & Risk Flagging Growth & Improvement Activities Applicant & Staff Onboarding Records Management & Compliance Platform & System Management Hours, Billing & Payroll Support Training & Communication Reporting & Documentation Produce monthly quality reports Qualifications - Required Knowledge and Skills: 1. Administrative & Office Management Skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of healthcare/social services compliance (preferred) Experience with administrative systems (iSolved, case platforms) Excellent documentation and reporting skills Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality CAPABLE OF WORKING INDEPENDENTLY WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT 2. Knowledge of Office Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Comfort using organizational software such as CRM systems, EHR platforms, scheduling tools, or case-management systems (add specific tools your company uses, if any). Ability to learn new software quickly. 3. Compliance & Documentation Knowledge (Important for healthcare, home-care, and community support organizations) Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Familiarity with compliance documentation, incident reporting, and required client paperwork. Ability to ensure accurate and timely submission of forms, reports, and audits. 4. Customer/Client Service Orientation Ability to provide supportive, respectful service to clients and families. Experience working in environments supporting vulnerable populations is a plus. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with diverse communities. 5. Teamwork & Collaboration Ability to support management, case managers, caregivers, and other staff. Willingness to assist with tasks outside the job description when needed. Positive, professional attitude and cooperative work style. 6. Ethical & Professional Conduct Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Maintains integrity in handling sensitive information. Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions. 7. Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications Experience in a healthcare, behavioral-health, social-services, or home-care environment. Knowledge of Medicaid, insurance billing, or authorization processes. Bilingual abilities depend on the population served.
