SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.

You primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain Supplier Approvals and renewals for aviation supplier network.
• Provide the organisation with access to relevant metrics.
• Conduct oversight audits for internal processes where needed.
• Support external certification audits locally and remote where requested.
• Advise the MRO Quality Operation Manager (MRO QOM) of any discrepancies / non-conformances.
• Liaise with all relevant regulatory authorities to ensure conformance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary point of contact for regulator communications.
