ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Quality and Capability Advisor, you’ll be the go-to for technical audits and quality reviews. You’ll help the team grow through coaching, reporting and smart insights and your work will guide training, improve processes and support better outcomes.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Review life claims with accuracy and fairness
• Give feedback and coaching to help the team improve
• Analyse data and share insights with senior leaders
• Support quality assurance processes and frameworks
• Help assess capability and recommend authority levels
• Run deep dive audits to uncover trends and risks
