Description CPIhealth has an excellent opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator for a hybrid role to work at a designated location when onsite. The purpose of this position is to coordinate, provide support, lead, and maintain various projects within the Quality and Compliance Department. Essential Functions: Coordination of internal auditing program; work with operational leadership to ensure that process and procedure are being followed and all survey citations are corrected. Coordination of coding audit program (across all disciplines); new provider reviews, provider education, billing requests per CPIHealth compliance plan. Partner with all departments to review, develop, train and maintain process and procedure that meets regulatory and best practice standards. Project work may include facilitating meetings, training, analysis, sending action plans, QAPI, scorecards, TQM tools such as RCA, FMEA, etc. Work in conjunction with or at the direction of the Quality and Compliance Director to monitor standards and CMS regulations for compliance on an ongoing basis; maintain a constant state of readiness for survey. Ensure that CPIhealth is in compliance with all regulatory standards (federal/state/local). Support and collaborate with the Quality and Compliance Director to ensure the execution and communication of performance improvement activities occurs from the department level to CPIhealth management, and both staff members and CPIhealth management members can articulate the improvement plan and activities. Partner with operations and department leaders on survey readiness, policy review/updates, standards review, trackers, mock surveys, internal audits, etc. Participate in patient centric and patient experience activities through committee work, survey data analysis, provider and employee education, CAHPS education, and customer service training. Develop, coordinate and maintain a system for defining and monitoring departmental indicators (scorecards). Review the departmental indicators and quality measures on a regular basis and make recommendations as needed to ensure the performance improvement efforts are effective and that activities are directed toward analysis of data, with a focus on improvement of process. Assist Quality and Compliance Director with the annual compliance plan review and employee certification process. Coordination of document, training and record control; policies, procedures, documents in Learning System. Responsible for Quality Reporting to various regulatory bodies (examples include, ACOs, MIPS, MNCM, ASQR, etc.) Work in close collaboration with Practice Managers, Medical Directors, and Operational leadership. Coordinate and support Quality and Compliance Director with department initiatives. Primary location: Corporate/Hybrid work. Travel to multiple facilities and locations as needed. Performs other duties as assigned to support the mission, values, and strategies of CPIhealth. Requirements Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Certified coder or Billing experience required. Five years minimum experience in healthcare. Experience in compliance, risk and/or privacy/security preferred. Ability to promote confidentiality, respect, and dignity for all persons. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 Location: Hybrid work. Work locations Edina, MN or Coon Rapids, MN, when onsite.
