ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Korean speaker preferable but not essential.
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • High attention to detail and good level of numeracy
  • Flexible working approach may be required

Responsibilities
  • Create and update product labels as required, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to labelling-related enquiries received via email from internal teams and external partners.
  • Liaise with suppliers and regulatory bodies to verify labelling information and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Review product labels to ensure compliance with relevant food safety and labelling regulations.
  • Support the purchasing team by providing guidance on product compliance and quality requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal labelling and quality assurance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of product specifications, labels, and compliance documents.
