We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality/Compliance Manager to join our dynamic client within a growing business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a quality management role, with a strong background in the non-ferrous metals and aviation industry. This pivotal position requires a robust understanding of quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and industry standards, ensuring that products consistently meet the highest levels of quality and safety.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Experience in a quality management role, specifically in the non-ferrous metals and aviation industries
· Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques such as 8D, PFMEA, FMEA, RCCA
· Good organisational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
· Desirable IOSH Managing Health and Safety or NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety

· Conduct Internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies in accordance with ISO 14001, AS/EN 9100, AS/EN 9120 and ISO 9001 standards
· Prepare for and support during external regulatory audits and customer specific audits
· Complete customer and supplier self-assessments
· Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Provide guidance and training on quality practices and regulatory requirements
· To support the Production and General Manager with Health and Safety compliance.
· Understanding of LEAN, 5S and Continuous sustainable improvement initiatives
