COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY MANAGER

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Quality Manager to maintain and elevate our care services.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet and exceed regulatory standards. You’ll lead on audits, drive continuous improvement, and champion best practices across our care homes — all while making a real difference in people’s lives.
You’ll be based out of our Norwich Head Office, but regular travel to our homes across Norfolk and Suffolk is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage internal audits across all services.
  • Monitor compliance with CQC and PAMMS standards.
  • Rewrite and update policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Support and guide teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation to foster a culture of excellence.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
