We currently have an opportunity for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in driving contract quality, governance, and compliance to support exceptional service delivery across our portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services.   What You’ll Do  This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:   * Lead all contract quality and compliance activities, ensuring obligations, documentation, KPIs and reporting meet legislative, contractual and Downer Standards (TDS).  * Oversee document governance, reporting, audit processes, and non‑conformance management to strengthen performance and risk mitigation.  * Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Trades, Operations, Clients and Service Delivery Partners to drive consistency, accuracy and compliance.  * Support procurement governance and onboarding of Service Delivery Partners, ensuring alignment with Downer frameworks.  * Contribute to finance processes, including billing and receipting accuracy, supporting the Contract Manager to maximise revenue outcomes.   What You’ll Bring  * Demonstrated experience in quality, compliance, audit or risk management within a complex operational environment.  * Strong capability in documentation control, report writing and applying governance frameworks.  * Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and foster positive relationships across diverse teams.  * Effective time management, organisational skills, and confidence working independently to drive outcomes.  * A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset aligned with Downer’s leadership capabilities: Change Agent, People Connector, Business Savvy and Future Shaper.   More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.   Why Downer?
