Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE!

This pivotal role is responsible for leading Murdoch University Dubai’s quality assurance and compliance functions in alignment with UAE and Emirate of Dubai regulatory requirements. You will ensure Murdoch’s compliance with the Commission for Academic Accreditation and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority. You will oversee the systematic collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data to support compliance requirements at the Federal level and within the Emirate of Dubai. With a strong focus on maintaining regulatory compliance, the role also plays a key part in driving continuous quality improvement across academic and operational areas of the university.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • A relevant degree with demonstrated experience in quality assurance and compliance within the higher education sector; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workloads, meet strict deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with regulators, staff, and partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and lead small teams.
