QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality and Compliance Manager to join their leadership team for their Homes.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring full compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement across all care settings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or similar (Master’s a plus)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a healthcare quality or compliance role
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HIQA regulations and healthcare compliance
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and audit experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
