REQUIREMENTS

• You must have technical experience within the construction industry. We ideally need someone who is well rounded within various different trades.
• NVQ Level 4 - 6 or equivalent in Construction Management is desired
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle

• Carrying out checks during the install, to ensure they have met various different regulations
• Dealing with internal compliance
• Working with a manager to develop and execute compliance process
• Dealing with building services
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey compliance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Liaise with trades people and customers
• Provide excellent customer service
