Sonder is the lead agency of headspace Adelaide, headspace Edinburgh North, headspace Marion and headspace Onkaparinga.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Appropriate level of experience in a health care service, preferably mental health
  • Demonstrated experience in extracting statistics and conducting data analysis to identify trends and targets
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating administrative processes
  • Experience in community health service delivery and program development
  • Demonstrated experience in preparation of written reports and other correspondence
  • Experience managing projects and events
  • Experience in community engagement and health promotion.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems
  • Experience in the use of client management databases, BI Reports and Sharepoint

QUALIFICATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.
  • Qualified in one of the following disciplines and eligible for membership to an associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing, or other relevant tertiary qualification and/ or notable experience in project management in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

The Early Psychosis Quality and Data Project Officer supports the delivery of high-quality services within the Early Psychosis Program. Working closely with the headspace Adelaide Centre Manager, Clinical Director, and Leadership Group, this role coordinates quality improvement initiatives, including data and performance monitoring, consumer engagement, and project support.
This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across the program and contributes to reporting, evaluation, and funding applications as needed.
