Description Sangre de Cristo Community Care is seeking a detail-driven, self-motivated Quality and Education Coordinator to support our hospice and home health programs. This role is essential to ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality improvement, and coordinating staff education. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and analytical, with a strong eye for accuracy and a passion for supporting excellence in patient care. This is a full-time, benefited position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a minimum starting wage of $18.00/hour. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role Experience auditing medical charting or medical records preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify variances and trends Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office, Excel, and electronic medical record systems Typing speed of 36 WPM or higher Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures Working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation for Hospice (42 CFR 418) preferred Proof of TB testing (PPD and/or CXR) upon hire and annually thereafter Proof of annual Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations Valid Colorado driver’s license with acceptable driving record Must maintain required auto insurance and reliable transportation
