Description University Physicians’ Association is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality & Education Supervisor with our Revenue Cycle Management team. Position Summary: Responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing training programs related to all phases of the healthcare revenue cycle. The role involves supervising a team of coordinators, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency, compliance, and quality in the revenue cycle process. Job Duties: This description is a general statement of required major duties and does not exclude other duties as assigned: 1. Supervise, mentor and coach team members; assign tasks and track completion. 2. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for all revenue cycle functions ensuring content is updated promptly in response to coding changes, payer regulation, billing policies, system updates and workflow changes. 3. Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for team members. 4. Provide application and system training to RCM Clients. 5. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs, performance gaps and areas for improvement. 6. Manage quality assurance process to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, accuracy, and compliance; feedback findings into training and process improvements. 7. Monitor payer updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices; integrate these into training content. 8. Track and report training completion, effectiveness, and staff performance. 9. Maintain knowledge of department manuals and standard operating procedures to effectively perform duties. Physical Demands: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard. Light lifting could be required Requirements Required Education & Training: Requires High School education or equivalency, medical courses or college preferred. Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and supervisory experience preferred. Qualifications: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, adapt to process changes and drive training quality and compliance. Strong understanding of the full healthcare revenue cycle process. Analytical skills and experience with metrics and performance reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and mentor others while adapting styles for different learning needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and revenue cycle systems. Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable training content. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates the ability to work with others daily.
