Responsible For: Quality Controller & General Operative (Housekeeping)
Key Relationships: Management Team, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Operatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• IOSH Managing Safely
• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Safety Certification
• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (optional but beneficial)

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

To lead the development and implementation of robust systems that uphold quality, health, and safety standards across the production of excavator attachments for construction machinery. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence through structured management systems and data-led decision making.
