REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Willing to report to Sydney Medtronic head office everyday
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using MS tools - emails, Teams, Excel - logging tasks, Word
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders (sales reps/sales managers, couriers)
  • Manufacturing background would be an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication

Responsibilities
  • Management of the demo and marketing room, including labelling any unmarked stock.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of the expiration dates on all demo products.
  • Organize and attend monthly compliance meetings for the demo and Conforming room alongside other state hubs (Facility team).
  • Guide other facility team members on quality compliance and bring any issues to the Quality Issue Huddle, adding them to Trackwise if necessary.
  • Escalate compliance issues with the Quality Manager if needed.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Units to address issues identified during monthly checks.
  • Add inspection records of the Monitoring and relevant Action Plan to MAP or SharePoint.
  • Maintain and manage the sensors in the Conforming room and download data as needed.
  • Approve Demo and Conforming room access to ANZ staff after careful consideration and discussion with the Quality manager if required.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound activities for Head Office.
  • Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
  • Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
  • Maintain good warehousing & logistics practices.
