Quality and Records Officer

The Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society is seeking to appoint a Quality and Records Officer. The key duties and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Administering assessment processes. This will include organising and servicing Module Assessment Boards, as well as processing Exceptional Circumstances applications.
  • Dealing with queries relating to assessment regulations, student records and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensuring that policies, procedures and processes are consistently applied.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to staff, students and other stakeholders.
  • Support the enhancement and development of processes, procedures and use of data within the faculty.

Candidates should have substantial experience of working within an administrative role and a good understanding of quality assurance and assessment procedures. This role requires ICT proficiency, good communication and organisation skills, along with the ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
