JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Quality and Regulatory Coordinator will be responsible for logistics, administrative, coordination, and support for Regulatory and Accreditation Standards team. Duties include the ability to manage, organize, and analyze program needs. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and skills that foster strong working relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of related experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and demonstrated customer service skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects with strong orientation to details, computer/technical skills required.
  • Communicates clearly, proactively, and concisely with all key stakeholders and customers.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Possesses interpersonal skills to work in a high profile and fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within and across departments.
  • Results-oriented individual with a demonstrated strong commitment and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • High degree of flexibility required and ability to use judgment when resolving issues.
  • Respects confidentiality of data and communications encountered in the workplace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, JIRA, WebEx, OneNote, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
  • Distributes regulatory and accreditation transmittals to department staff.
  • Monitors, controls, assesses, and manages specific project operations and proposes opportunities for improvement.
  • Partners effectively with key leaders to ensure program goal alignment.
  • Preparation and assimilation of data and slide decks for educational presentations, including orientation, training programs and conferences
  • Develops SharePoint publications, materials and products to provide both incremental and long-term value. Ensures that content is accurate, current and grammatically correct.
  • Collects and analyzes feedback from stakeholders to gauge satisfaction and success.
  • Provides project coverage and operational support as needed.
  • Maintains and manages shared mailboxes.
  • Supports and oversees some project-management responsibilities, such as, agenda and toolkit development, production and distribution of meeting materials, and preparation of required reports on status and activities.
  • Executes project tasks supporting the quality strategy and assures project action items and project activities are managed consistent with due dates.
  • Manages/tracks budget expenses for specified projects.
  • Maintains Regulatory and Accreditation Services SharePoint/Flare site and HCA Healthcare Clinical Policies Clinical Operations Group pages on SharePoint
  • Serves as departmental business owner of the external survey log, providing support to facility and division colleagues, as needed, running reports, and performing appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Maintains departmental records, resources, and publications.
  • Monitors TJC site daily and executes subsequent tasks (e.g., communication of initiation of surveys to the field and timely distribution of newly-released survey reports).
  • Supports events conducted, as needed, to include supporting compilation of materials, hosting Webex, etc.
