Location: Sydney CBD Work Type: Full-time | Hybrid (Minimum 2 days in office/week) About the Role In this role, you will support the implementation of Quality and Safety initiatives across the NSW/CT and WA business, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards. You will provide Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) advice and support to managers, staff, and doctors across the business, helping to foster a safe and compliant working environment. A key part of your responsibilities will include overseeing a variety of Injury Management Services and developing Non Work-Related Return to Work programs. You will also support and implement clinical quality initiatives, collaborating with subject matter experts and clinic teams to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including third party Workers Compensation consultants, training vendors, and safety equipment suppliers, to support the delivery of high-quality safety and injury management services. Key Responsibilities * Drive safety culture and compliance across the business unit. * Provide timely and accurate WHS advice and support including incident investigation. * Support clinical quality improvements * Oversee and conduct safety and clinical audits * Oversee injury cases, Early Intervention Programs and workers compensation to reduce premium impacts. * Implement quality improvement projects and support clinical policy development. * Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness. * Reporting radiation incidents to NSW, ACT and WA regulator in a timely manner.
