QUALIFICATIONS

  • The Quality and Safety Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Safety, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Must have 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial fabrication or equipment manufacturing will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, sanitary design, pressure-rated systems, and custom-engineered equipment.
  • The Quality and Safety Manager must have 3+ years of experience in leading and maintaining compliance with ISO, OSHA, ASME, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Certified in QMS practices is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and train personnel across different disciplines and facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in representing the company in customer-facing quality discussions and audits.
Responsibilities
  • The Quality and Safety Manager will develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ASME and 3A standards.
  • Oversee quality assurance for all product lines, including inspections, FAT/SAT, and final checks.
  • Coordinate with international QC vendors and train inspection teams across facilities.
  • The Quality and Safety Manager will resolve non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits and certification processes.
  • Implement and improve safety programs to ensure OSHA compliance across all sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • The Quality and Safety Manager will deliver training on LOTO, hoisting, hot work, PPE, confined space, and equipment safety.
  • Maintain safety records, SDS files, and emergency response plans.
  • Standardize quality and safety procedures across locations and support new production setups.
